When there are a large number of broadcast, multicast, and unknown unicast packets, the CPU becomes busy processing these packets. When the traffic rate reaches the rate limit for intelligent traffic control, the device limits the rates of broadcast, multicast, and unknown unicast packets. You can run this command to specify a rate limit as required.
