Licensing Requirements

EFM is a basic feature of a switch and is not under license control.

Feature Support in V200R019C10

All models of S2720, S5700, and S6700 series switches support EFM.

Feature Limitations

• EFM cannot be configured on logical interfaces.

• In earlier versions of V200R005, EFM cannot be configured on Layer 3 interfaces or member interfaces of a Layer 3 Eth-Trunk.

• The S5720-EI, S6720-EI and S6720S-EI can only initiate EFM OAM remote loopback requests.
