Radio Planning

Procedure

• Configure the country code and channel.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > Radio Planning/ Calibration > Radio Planning. The Radio Planning page is displayed.

     

  2. Configure parameters for the country code and channel. For detailed parameters, see Table 1.

     Table 1 Parameters for the country code and channel

     Parameter	Description
     Country code	Country code.
     2.4 GHz DCA Channel Set
     20 MHz	Calibration channel set of 20 MHz bandwidth.
     5 GHz DCA Channel Set
     Frequency bandwidth	Bandwidth on the 5 GHz frequency band.
     Channel set	Calibration channel set of the bandwidth on the 5 GHz frequency band.

  3. Click Apply.
• Perform immediate calibration.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > Radio Planning/ Calibration > Radio Planning. The Radio Planning page is displayed.
  2. Click Immediate Calibration in the Radio List. The Immediate Calibration page is displayed.

     
     
     

  3. Select Calibration range, and click OK. In the Info dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
• Import radio configurations.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > Radio Planning/ Calibration > Radio Planning. The Radio Planning page is displayed.
  2. Click Import Configuration in the Radio List. The Batch import page is displayed.

     
     
     

  3. Click to download the radio file template to your local computer.
  4. Fill in the radio file template.
  5. Click to select the batch import template, then click Import.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Apply.
• Export radio configurations.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > Radio Planning/ Calibration > Radio Planning. The Radio Planning page is displayed.
  2. Click Export Configuration in the Radio List.
• Refresh
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > Radio Planning/ Calibration > Radio Planning. The Radio Planning page is displayed.
  2. Click Refresh in Radio List to refresh the list.
• Identify redundant radios.
  1. Choose Configuration > Wireless Services > Radio Planning/ Calibration > Radio Planning. The Radio Planning page is displayed.
  2. Click Identify Redundant Radios in Radio List. In the displayed Info dialog box, click OK.
