Configuration Guide for the Smart Retail IoT Solution - ESL

Follow the configuration process described in Figure 1 to configure an ESL system in the smart retail IoT solution.

Configure connectivity of devices on the ELS network to ensure data transmission on the network.
Configure APs to go online. The AC can centrally manage APs only after they go online. Configure connectivity between ESL cards and APs, and the wireless coverage service on the AC, and then deliver the configurations to the APs.
Configure the wireless coverage service to use an existing WLAN as the ESL network, reducing network deployment and maintenance costs, and facilitating centralized network management for administrators.
Configure interconnection of ESLs, ESL cards, and APs can be configured only after the APs go online.
Associate ELS IDs with commodity codes to enable ESLs to uniquely identify commodities.
Configure ELS services including management and update of commodity prices.
