1. Make the user go online again.
2. If the user still fails to go online, no address in the address pool is available for assignment. In this case, run the section section-num start-ip-address [end-ip-address] command in the corresponding address pool view to reconfigure an address pool.
3. Check whether the fault persists.
4. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
5. End.
