1. Run the display domain name command to check whether an IP address pool is bound to the domain and whether the IP-address-pool-name field is displayed.
2. Run the display ip pool name command to check the idle field. If the value of the Idle field is 0, no IP address segment is available in the address pool. In this case, go to Step 3.
3. Run the section command in the corresponding address pool view or run the ip-pool command in the domain view to add an address pool and increase the number of IP addresses.
4. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
6. End.
