Impact on the System

The interface board will be reset and cause packet loss.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: A fault may occur on the ECM channel.

Cause 2: The CPU usage on the master MPU is too high.

Procedure

1. The interface board can be reset automatically. After the reset, run the display device command to check whether the interface board works normally.

  • If so, go to Step 4.
  • If not, go to Step 2.

2. Replace the interface board and then check whether the fault is rectified.

  • If so, go to Step 4.
  • If not, go to Step 3.

3. Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration of the router, and contact technical support personnel.

4. End.
