1. Check whether the power module is connected properly and the power switch is off. If so, switch on the power. Check whether the input of the power module is normal. If not, install the power module properly. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared after the external input is complete.
2. Check whether the power module is inserted completely. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared after the power module is removed and inserted again.
3. Replace the power module and check whether the alarm is cleared.
4. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
