1. Check whether the LEDs of corresponding interfaces on the ICU blink. If the cable is correctly connected but the LEDs do not blink, replace the network cable and check whether the alarm is cleared. If the alarm persists, perform the next step.
2. Replace the board and check whether the alarm is cleared. If it is not cleared, perform the next step.
3. Collect log files and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
