1. A master/slave board swithcover will be performed if the system is installed with two MPUs. On a system with a single MPU, the system will fail to monitor the temperatures or voltages of boards, and the EEPROM will be unaccessible. Services will not be affected temporarily but a speedy solution is required.
2. Traffic between two boards will be affected or event interrupted. Thus, a speedy solution is required.
1. Run the display device command in the user view to check the status of the faulty board.
2. Run the display interface command twice in the user view to check whether traffic is being transmitted on the interface of the faulty board.
3. If the alarm persists, collect information about alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact Huawei technical support personnel.
