Impact on the System

The service restoration time is affected during the master/slave switchover.

Possible Causes

Service backup channel failed.

Procedure

1. Reset the slave board,check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • if so,go to step 5.
  • if not,go to step 2.

2. Replace the slave board,check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • if so,go to step 5.
  • if not,go to step 3.

3. Replace the master board.check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • if so,go to step 5.
  • if not,go to step 4.

4. If the alarm persists, collect information about alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact Huawei technical support personnel.

5. End.
