The number of IP addresses allocated from the no-pat public network address pool fell to the normal range. (AddrGroupName=[AddrGroupName], InstanceType=[InstanceType], InstanceName=[InstanceName], Pre-IPNum=[IPNum], Threshold=[Threshold], Slot=[Slot], Cpu =[Cpu])
In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
