The patch package fails to be installed.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

Trap Buffer Parameters

Parameter	Description
SlotIndex	Index of the board where the patch file is located. If it is set to 128, the device reports only one alarm.
PatchIndex	Index of the patch file.
PackageName	Patch file name.
PackageVersion	Patch file version.
FailReason	Cause of the patch installation failure.
PhysicalName	Name of the entity where the patch file is located. When the value of SlotIndex is 128, PhysicalName indicates the system control board, which reports alarms on behalf of the device.

Procedure

Cause 1: Failed to read the configuration information of the patch package
1. Reinstall the patch package. After the patch is installed, run the display patch-information command to check the status of the patch package.
- If the patch package status is run, the patch package is successfully installed and the alarm fault is rectified.
- If the patch package status is not run, go to step 2.
2. Collect log files and contact technical support engineers.
