The status of the clock source changed. (hwClockChassisId=[hwClockChassisId], hwClockCurSourceName=[hwClockCurSourceName], hwClockOldSourceState=[hwClockOldSourceState], hwClockSrcCfgChassisIndex=[hwClockSrcCfgChassisIndex], hwClockSrcCfgSourceTypeIndex=[hwClockSrcCfgSourceTypeIndex], hwClockSrcCfgSourceIndex=[hwClockSrcCfgSourceIndex], hwClockSrcCfgSourceState=[hwClockSrcCfgSourceState])

The status of the clock source changed.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

hwClockOldSourceState	Status of the clock source before the change. The options are as follows: initial(0) normal(1) abnormal(2) wtr(3) holdoff(4)
hwClockSrcCfgChassisIndex	Index of the chassis where the clock source is located. In the case of a single chassis, the value is fixed to 1.
hwClockSrcCfgSourceTypeIndex	Interface type index. The options are as follows: bits(1) ptp(2) line(3) cesacr(4)
hwClockSrcCfgSourceIndex	Index of the clock source.
hwClockSrcCfgSourceState	Status of the current clock source. The options are as follows: initial(0) normal(1) abnormal(2) waitwtr(3) holdoff(4)

Impact on the System

The local clock may be inaccurate.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The physical link is faulty.

Cause 2: The shutdown command was run on the interface.

Cause 3: The frequency offset detection is abnormal.

Procedure

1. Run the display clock config command to check the running mode of the clock source.

If the running mode of the clock source is initial, it indicates that the clock source port is shut down or the corresponding link is faulty. In this case, go to Step 4.
If the running mode of the clock source is abnormal, the frequency offset detection is abnormal. In this case, go to Step 3.
If the running mode of the clock source is normal, the clock status is normal. Go to Step 4.

2. Run the display clock source command to check whether the clock source is selected.

If the value of Current system trace source is empty, the clock source is lost. Go to Step 4.
If the value of Current system trace source is not empty, go to Step 3.

3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
