(hwClockSrcCfgChassisIndex=[hwClockSrcCfgChassisIndex], hwClockSrcCfgSourceTypeIndex=[hwClockSrcCfgSourceTypeIndex], hwClockSrcCfgSourceIndex=[hwClockSrcCfgSourceIndex], hwClockChassisId=[hwClockChassisId], hwClockSrcCfgFreqCheckResult=[hwClockSrcCfgFreqCheckResult], hwClockSrcCfgSourceDescr=[hwClockSrcCfgSourceDescr])

The frequency offset detection functioned abnormally.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.

Indicates the index of the chassis where the non-PTP clock source is located. In the case of a single chassis, the index is 1. For a chassis where a PTP clock source is located, the index is invalid.

Index of the clock source type. values:

Index of the clock source.

Chassis id.

Impact on the System

This clock source will not be traced by the system clock.

Possible Causes

The signals of the clock source were faulty.

Procedure

1. Run the display clock source command to check the current status of the clock source.

  • If the clock source is in the abnormal state, go to Step 2.
  • If the clock source is in the normal state, go to Step 5.

2. Run the display clock config command to check whether the frequency offset detection is enable.

  • If the frequency offset detection is enable, go to Step 3.
  • If the frequency offset detection is not enable, go to Step 5.

3. Run the clock freq-deviation recover command in the interface viewer to check whether the clock can be resumed.

  • If the clock can be resumed, go to Step 4.
  • If the clock can not be resumed, go to Step 5.

4. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If the alarm is cleared, go to step 6.
  • If the alarm is not cleared, go to step 5.

5. Collect the trap information, log information, and configuration of the router, and contact Huawei technical personnel.

6. End.
