Impact on the System

1. A master/slave board switchover will be performed.

2. If a single MPU is deployed, the board may be reset.

Possible Causes

The control channel of the board is abnormal.

Procedure

1. Run the display device command in the user view to check the status of the faulty board.

2. Run the display alarm command in the user view to check Is there a LCM or module fault alarm.

3. Run the display lcm channel command in the diagnostic view to see if lcm channel was open, and status is OK.

4. Collect information about alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact Huawei technical support personnel.
