The interface traffic statistics collection period can be configured. The default value is 300s. The average rate of the previous statistics collection period is calculated in every 1/6 of the statistics collection period and then divided by the interface bandwidth to obtain the interface bandwidth usage. If the interface bandwidth usage falls below the interface alarm threshold, the interface rate threshold-crossing alarm is cleared.
