Trap Buffer Description

After the optical module of neighbor port is removed, the current port is valid.(hwEntityPhysicalIndex=[hwEntityPhysicalIndex],EntPhysicalIndex=[EntPhysicalIndex],entPhysicalName=[entPhysicalName])

The optical module position takes effect on the port.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
