Trap Buffer Description

The alarm pnpp file changes, and the current sequence number of the file is different with last pnpp file.(hwAlarmPnPSequenceNo=[hwAlarmPnPSequenceNo])

The CRC value of the PNPP file was changed.

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
