Trap Buffer Description

The ptsf alarm of the ptp port is resumed.(hwPtpPortIfIndex=[hwPtpPortIfIndex], hwPtpPortName=[hwPtpPortName], hwPtpPortPtsfReason=[hwPtpPortPtsfReason])

In VS mode, this trap is supported only by the admin VS.
