Function

The reset vxlan statistics l3-mode command clears IPv6 VXLAN Layer 3 traffic statistics.

Format

reset vxlan statistics l3-mode source source-ipv6 peer peer-ipv6 local-vni vni-val

reset vxlan statistics l3-mode source source-ipv6 peer peer-ipv6 remote-vni vni-val

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
peer peer-ipv6	Clears statistics about Layer 3 IPv6 VXLAN traffic with a specified peer VTEP IPv6 address.	The address is a 32-digit hexadecimal number, in the format of X:X:X:X:X:X:X:X.
local-vni	Clears statistics about upstream Layer 3 IPv6 VXLAN traffic with a local VNI.	-
vni-val	Specifies the value of VNI ID.	The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 16777215.
source source-ipv6	Clears statistics about Layer 3 IPv6 VXLAN traffic with a specified source VTEP IPv6 address.	The address is a 32-digit hexadecimal number, in the format of X:X:X:X:X:X:X:X.
remote-vni	Clears statistics about downstream Layer 3 IPv6 VXLAN traffic with a remote VNI.	-

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

Layer 3 IPv6 VXLAN statistics can be collected. To clear the existing Layer 3 VXLAN statistics before collecting new statistics, run the reset vxlan statistics l3-mode command.

Precautions

Layer 3 IPv6 VXLAN statistics will all be cleared and cannot restore in the following situations:

The reset vxlan statistics l3-mode command is run.
The device is restarted, and IPv6 VXLAN tunnels are deleted.
