accounting send-update

Function

The accounting send-update command configures the device to send the interim accounting packet immediately after receiving the accounting start response.

The undo accounting send-update command disables the device from sending the interim accounting packet immediately receiving the accounting start response.

By default, the device does not send the interim accounting packet immediately after receiving the accounting start response.

Usage Guidelines

If you configure the device to send the interim accounting packet immediately after a user goes online and set the accounting interval to be greater than 0, the NetEngine 8000 F sends the interim accounting packet immediately after a user goes online. Otherwise, the NetEngine 8000 F sends the interim accounting packet according to the previous configuration.
