Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To configure a policy for an accounting start failure, run the accounting start-fail command.

In real-time accounting scenarios, if the keep-accounting parameter is configured, the device sends real-time accounting packets at the configured real-time accounting interval until the user goes offline even if accounting fails to start.

Before running the command, enable AAA and create an accounting scheme.

Precautions

This command applies also to the accounting packet copy function.

Example

# Create an accounting scheme named scheme1, and enable users to stay online if accounting start fails.
