By default, the interface-specific core&aggregation scenario licenses is deactivate.

If a device works at the core or aggregation layer, run the active port-core-aggregation command to activate interface-specific core & aggregation scenario licenses before you (IPv6)configure services at the core or aggregation layer.

The license file on the master main control board has been activated by running the license active command.
