avp calling-number

Function

The avp calling-number command controls whether L2TP packets in an L2TP group carry the AVP22 attribute.

The undo avp calling-number command restores the default configuration.

By default, whether L2TP packets carry the AVP22 attribute is determined by whether the l2tp calling-number-avp enable command is run in the system view, irrelevant to the L2TP groups.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To control whether L2TP packets carry the AVP22 attribute based on L2TP groups, run the avp calling-number command.

Configuration Impact

If the l2tp calling-number-avp enable command has been run in the system view, and then the avp calling-number disable command is run in the L2TP group view, the ICRQ packets sent by users in this L2TP group do not carry the AVP22 attribute. If the undo l2tp calling-number-avp enable command has been run in the system view, and then the avp calling-number enable command is run in the L2TP group view, the ICRQ packets sent by users in this L2TP group carry the AVP22 attribute.

Example

# Disable L2TP packets in an L2TP group from carrying the AVP22 attribute.
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] l2tp-group lac1
[*HUAWEI-l2tp-lac1] avp calling-number disable
