The car cross-board command limits the rate of trunk packets and dumb terminal packets.
The undo car cross-board command restores the default rate of trunk packets and dumb terminal packets.
By default, trunk packets and dumb terminal packets are forwarded at the default rate.
Usage Scenario
To prevent downlink congestion caused by heavy traffic and affect queue scheduling on CPU ports, you can configure rate limit for trunk packets and dumb terminal packets to limit the rate of packets. This prevents other protocol packets from being sent to the CPU due to CPU scheduling blocking.
Precautions
In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
