Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

When a BGP route with a specific color value is specified for a VPN, the VPN uses the color value to find the mapped SR-MPLS Flex-Algo LSP. The BGP route is then recursed to this LSP for data packet forwarding on the backbone network. To configure a mapping between a color value and an SR-MPLS Flex-Algo, run the color flex-algo command in the Flex-Algo and color mapping view.

Note that one color value can be mapped to only one Flex-Algo, but one Flex-Algo can be mapped to multiple color values.

Example

# Configure a mapping between color 100 and Flex-Algo 128.
<HUAWEI> system-view
