Function
The dhcp frame-ip support reply-option82 command enables a device to insert Option 82 attributes into Offer and ACK messages when the Discover and Request messages from clients carry Option 82 attributes in scenarios where IP addresses are delivered by the RADIUS server.
The undo dhcp frame-ip support reply-option82 command disables a device from inserting Option 82 attributes into Offer and ACK messages when the Discover and Request messages from clients carry Option 82 attributes in scenarios where IP addresses are delivered by the RADIUS server.
By default, a device does not insert Option 82 attributes into DHCP Offer or ACK messages when the DHCP Discover and Request messages from clients carry Option 82 attributes in scenarios where IP addresses are delivered by the RADIUS server.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Scenario
In scenarios where IP addresses are delivered by the RADIUS server, to enable a device to insert Option 82 attributes into Offer and ACK messages when the Discover and Request messages from clients carry Option 82 attributes, run the dhcp frame-ip support reply-option82 command.
Prerequisites
The device has been configured to trust the Option 82 information sent from DHCP clients using the client-option82 command in the BAS interface view.
Precautions
In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
