Function

The display mpls l2vpn oam-mapping command displays BGP VPWS OAM mapping information.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

In a BGP VPWS scenario, after the mpls l2vpn oam-mapping command is run on a PE, a mapping between PW OAM status and AC OAM status is automatically created. To check OAM mapping information, run the display mpls l2vpn oam-mapping command.

Precautions

If PW OAM or AC OAM has not been configured when the display mpls l2vpn oam-mapping command is run, no information will be displayed.

AC OAM Info

AC OAM information.

AC OAM State

Local AC fault detection status:

  • Up: AC fault detection is not enabled, or AC fault detection is enabled but no AC fault is detected.
  • Down: AC fault detection is enabled, and an AC fault is detected.
EOAM Type

Ethernet OAM type:

  • 802.1ag: CFM detection.
  • 802.3ah: EFM detection.
MaIndex

MA index.

OAM-mapping

OAM mapping status on the local PE:

  • Enable: OAM mapping is enabled on the local PE.
  • Disable: OAM mapping is disabled on the local PE.
PSN info

PSN information.

PSN State

If BFD for LSP is not configured, a tunnel is Up by default. If a PW uses a tunnel that does not have the BFD for LSP configuration, PSN State is also Up.

Local CE-ID

Local CE ID.

Remote CE-ID

Remote CE ID.

VC status

Whether a PW is a primary PW:

  • primary.
  • secondary.
Link State

Link status of the AC interface:

  • Up.
  • Down.
Active

Whether a PW is active:

  • YES.
  • NO.

This flag holds significance only when both the primary and secondary PWs exist.

Active State

Whether a PW is active:

  • Active.
  • InActive.

This flag holds significance only when both the primary and secondary PWs exist.

BFD for PW

Whether BFD for PW is enabled on the local PE.

BFD State

BFD session status:

  • Up: The BFD session is Up.
  • Down: The BFD session is Down.
  • Admin down: The BFD session is administratively Down.

    This field is displayed only when BFD for PW is enabled.

BFD for LSP

BFD for LSP configuration. 0 indicates BFD for LSP is not configured.

invalid State

Invalid BFD session state.

Interface

Type and number of the AC interface.

CE-ID/RMT

Local CE ID/remote CE ID.

VC-status

Whether a PW is a primary PW:

  • Main: primary PW.
  • Secondary: secondary PW.
AC-OAM

Whether the local PE can report an AC fault to the remote PE using OAM:

  • Enable: The local PE can report an AC fault to the remote PE using OAM.
  • Disable: The local PE cannot report an AC fault to the remote PE using OAM.
BFD-for-PW

Whether BFD for PW is enabled on the local PE:

  • Enable.
  • Disable.
BFDSessionIndex

Automatically generated BFD session index.

TunnelNum

Number of tunnels detected by BFD.
