Function

The display ip pool name command displays information about a specific address pool.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

display ip pool name name { conflict [ decline | radius | inner ] | reserved | static-bind | idle | disable }

Parameters

name name	Specifies the name of an address pool.	The value is a string of 1 to 128 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.
conflict	Displays information about conflicting IP addresses in an address pool.	-
decline	Displays information about conflicting IP addresses caused by Decline packets sent from a client.	-
radius	Displays information about an IP address delivered by the RADIUS server that conflicts with an address in the local address pool.	-
inner	Displays information about conflicting IP addresses caused by an internal exception.	-
reserved	Displays information about an address pool that has reserved IP addresses.	-
static-bind	Displays information about an address pool that has statically bound IP addresses.	-
idle	Displays information about an address pool that has idle IP addresses.	-
disable	Displays information about an address pool that has disabled IP addresses.	-
all	Displays all address segments in the specified IP address pool.	-
used	Displays all the occupied IP addresses.	-
vpn-instance vpnname	Displays address pool of specified VPN instance.	The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.
delayed	Displays information about IP addresses in the delayed release state.	-

Usage Scenario

The display ip pool name command is used to view summary information about an address pool and details about idle addresses, conflicting addresses, disabled addresses, reserved addresses, and statically bound addresses. The summary information about an address pool contains the gateway address of the address pool, DNS server address, number of address sections, start IP address, end IP address, and numbers of idle addresses, used addresses, and conflicting addresses in each address section. Details about idle addresses, conflicting addresses, disabled addresses, reserved addresses, and statically bound addresses contain the current status and lease of each address.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command applies only to the admin VS.

The display ip pool name <name> vpn-instance <vpnname> command displays the network gateway and mask configuration of the IP address pool with the specific VPN instance. When the network gateway and mask configuration does not exist in the address pool (such as the dynamic address pool), the displayed network gateway and mask configuration is displayed as 255.255.255.255, which is an invalid value.

Lease	Indicates the lease of an address pool.
disable	Indicates the number of excluded IP addresses in the address segment.
NetBios Type	Indicates the type of NetBIOS node. N-Node: NetBIOS node type is not specified. B-Node: NetBIOS node type is the broadcast mode. H-Node: NetBIOS node type is the hybrid (h) mode. M-Node: NetBIOS node type is the mixed (m) mode. P-Node: NetBIOS node type is the peer-to-peer mode.
Auto recycle	Indicates the interval of auto recovering the conflicted ip address. If the value is DISABLE, the conflicted ip address will not be recovered.
Option 3	Whether or not the Option 3 is enabled.
Option Count	Number of user-defined options configured in the address pool.
DNS-Suffix	Indicates the DNS suffix of the address pool.
Option-Code 125	Indicates enterprise codes and case-sensitive characters of Option 125 configured in an IP address pool.
Option-Code	Indicates an option code.
Reserved Flag	reserved flag.
MAC	Indicates the MAC address associated with the IP address.
Position	position.
Status	Status of the remote DHCP server.
Attribute	Indicates the attribute of an IP address pool. "Private" indicates a private IP address pool. "Public" indicates a public IP address pool. The ip-attribute public command can be used to configure the attribute of an IP address pool.
Mask	Subnet mask.
Vpn instance	vpn instance.
Unnumbered gateway	unnumbered gateway.
Profile-Name	Indicates the name of a remote backup profile.
Server-Name	Indicates the name of a remote backup service.
Total Idle	Total number of idle IP addresses.
Have Dhcp IP	Whether the address pool has available IP addresses that can be assigned to DHCP users. 0: No. 1: Yes.
IP	Indicates an IP address in the address pool.
IP Loose Check	IP loose check.
IP Allocation Failures	Number of IP allocation failures.
Timeout Count	The number of no responses from the address pool.
Sub Option Count	The count of sub-option.
Force-reply Count	Number of force reply options configured in the address pool.
Auto-Blocked Times	The number of times that the address pool is isolated.
ID	Indicates the number of an address segment.
start	Indicates the start IP address of the address segment.
end	Indicates the end IP address of the address segment.
total	Total number of IP addresses.
used	Number of in-use IP addresses.
idle	Number of idle IP addresses.
CFLCT	Number of conflicting IP addresses.
reserved	Indicates the number of reserved IP addresses in the address segment.
static-bind	Indicates the number of static user used IP addresses in the address segment.

up-id	ID of the vBRAS-UP bound to the address pool.

decline	Conflicting IP addresses caused by Decline messages from clients.

Allocated	Number of allocated IP addresses.
Wait-Request-Time	Timeout period for a router to wait for a Request message from a client in response to an Offer message sent to the client. If this field is not configured using the wait-request-time time-value command, two consecutive hyphens (--) are displayed.
Frameip-Lease-Manage	Indicates whether the Frame IP lease management is enabled.
Codes	Indicates a note. For example, CFLCT indicates conflicted IP addresses.
DNS	Primary DNS server.
pevlan	Outer VLAN.
cevlan	Inner VLAN.
