Function

The display service deactivate-record command displays service deactivation records.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

display service deactivate-record [ bod | daa | edsg ] [ time begin-time end-time [ date begin-date end-date ] | user-id user-id | policy-name policy-name ] *

Parameters

Indicates BOD services.

Indicates DAA services.

edsg

Indicates EDSG services.

time begin-time

Specifies the time that the device began to record the information.

The format is hh:mm:ss, where hh ranges from 0 to 23 and mm ranges from 0 to 59.

end-time

Specifies the time that the device stopped to record the information.

The format is hh:mm:ss, where hh ranges from 0 to 23 and mm ranges from 0 to 59.

date begin-date

Specifies the date that the device began to record the information.

The format is YYYY/MM/DD, standing for year/month/day.

end-date

Specifies the date that the device stopped to record the information.

The format is YYYY/MM/DD, standing for year/month/day.

user-id user-id

Specifies the user ID.

The value is an integer and it ranges from 0 to 283647.

policy-name policy-name

Specifies the name of the service policy.

The value is a string and it ranges from 1 to 200 characters.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

The display service deactivate-record command is used for troubleshooting. When a service is deactivated, you can use this command to check the record and get the information about when the service started and when it became deactivated and the reason for it.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

The actual command output varies according to the device. The command output here is only an example.

Deactivate reason

The reason for deactivating this service:

  • Subscriber session disconnected.
  • Failed to start accounting.
  • Real-time accounting failed.
  • Prepaid quotas are exhausted.
  • Prepaid authorization is rejected.
  • Failed to send the prepaid authorization request.
  • Failed to parse the prepaid authorization.
  • Service switchover.
  • The server does not reply with prepaid authorization response.
  • Subscriber session logout.
  • DM request.
  • Diameter request.
  • Updating the service times out.
  • Time-range trigger. Failed to apply SQ resource for the service.
  • Time-range trigger. Failed to apply CAR resource for the service.
  • Time-range trigger. Failed to apply statistic resource for the service.
  • Time-range trigger. Updating the service times out.
  • COA request.
  • Redirect profile Configuration conflict.
  • No server group is available for service accounting.
  • Diameter monitor key conflict.
  • Idle services are interrupted.
  • The time quota is exhausted.
