The domain-map-list command binds a domain mapping list to the RBS view.
The undo domain-map-list command unbinds a domain mapping list from the RBS.
By default, no domain mapping list is bound to the RBS.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.
Parameter | Description | Value |
---|---|---|
domainmaplist-name |
Specifies a name of a domain mapping list. |
The value is a string of 1 to 32 characters. The value cannot be a hyphen (-), two hyphens (--), or a character string that contains an asterisk (*), a question mark (?), a quotation mark ("), a space, or a tab character. |
Usage Scenario
In a hot backup scenario where a domain name is delivered by the RADIUS server, the backup device must map the domain name into different domain names for different RBSs to ensure resource independency in the RBSs.
Precautions
In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
If the new version contains the backup attributes that fail to be identified by an old version, perform the following update steps (Device A and Device B are used as examples):<HUAWEI> system-view [~HUAWEI] aaa [~HUAWEI-aaa] domain-map-list list1 [~HUAWEI-aaa-domainmaplist-list1] quit [~HUAWEI-aaa] quit [~HUAWEI] remote-backup-service s1 [*HUAWEI-rm-backup-srv-s1] commit [~HUAWEI-rm-backup-srv-s1] domain-map-list list1
