The emdi lpu-group command creates an EMDI board group or enters an EMDI board group.
The undo emdi lpu-group command deletes an EMDI board group.
By default, the board group named _default_ exists.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.
Usage Scenario
As a distributed board detection solution, the EMDI detection solution requires the configuration of boards for EMDI detection. Before configuring boards for EMDI detection, run the emdi lpu-group command to create a board group and bind desired boards to the board group for EMDI detection.
Follow-up Procedure
After an EMDI board group has been created or entered, run the emdi bind slot command to bind desired boards to the board group.
Precautions
A maximum of 32 board groups are supported.
