mpls rsvp-te hello-lost

Function

The mpls rsvp-te hello-lost command sets the maximum number of allowed Hello packets consecutively dropped by a node.

The undo mpls rsvp-te hello-lost command restores the default maximum number.

By default, the allowed maximum number of Hello packets consecutively dropped by a node is three.

Format

mpls rsvp-te hello-lost times

undo mpls rsvp-te hello-lost

Parameters

Specifies the maximum times of hello message misses.

The value is an integer ranging from 3 to 10.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

If a node fails to receive consecutive Hello messages from its neighbor, it considers the link with the neighbor Down.

Prerequisites

The Hello mechanism has been enabled by running the mpls rsvp-te hello command in the MPLS view.
