lac mtu enable

Function

The lac mtu enable command applies the MTU on the VT used by the L2TP group to the LAC.

The undo lac mtu enable command disables the MTU on the VT used by the L2TP group from taking effect on the LAC.

By default, the MTU on the VT used by the L2TP group takes effect on the LAC.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

The MTU refers to the size of the largest packet that can be transmitted on a link. In a virtual template, the default MTU value is 1492, in bytes. If the MTU value is not default, but configured manually, you should ensure that the MTU values negotiated by the L2TP user, LAC, and LNS are the same.

# Apply the MTU on the VT used by the L2TP group to the LAC.

[~HUAWEI] l2tp-group lac1
