lns avp calling-number translate agent-remote-id

Function

The lns avp calling-number translate agent-remote-id command enables an LNS to copy the value of the calling-number attribute carried in an ICRQ message from an LAC to the Agent-Remote-Id field.

The undo lns avp calling-number translate agent-remote-id command disables an LNS from copying the value of the calling-number attribute carried in an ICRQ message from an LAC to the Agent-Remote-Id field.

By default, the value of the calling-number attribute is not copied to the Agent-Remote-Id field.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

In scenarios where ICRQ messages received from an LAC carry the calling-number attribute, run the lns avp calling-number translate agent-remote-id command to enable an LNS to copy the value of the calling-number attribute in a received ICRQ message to the Agent-Remote-Id field.
