bandwidth (MPLS TE P2P template view)

Function

The bandwidth command sets the CT0 bandwidth for a P2P TE tunnel.

The undo bandwidth command deletes the CT0 bandwidth for a P2P TE tunnel.

By default, no CT0 bandwidth is set for a P2P TE tunnel.

Format

bandwidth ct0 bw-value

undo bandwidth ct0

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

Before bandwidth protection is provided for traffic transmitted along a P2P TE tunnel, run the bandwidth command to set the CT0 bandwidth for the tunnel. Nodes on the P2P TE tunnel can then reserve bandwidth for services, which implements bandwidth protection.

Prerequisites

A P2P TE tunnel template has been configured using the mpls te p2p-template command.
