port-mode card-id group-id

Function

The port-mode card-id group-id command is used to configure the bandwidth mode for a special subcard based on the group configuration interface.

The undo port-mode card-id group-id command is used to restore the group configuration interface support bandwidth switching mode to the default value for a special sub card.

By default, the working mode,ANN1EY4,ANN1EY2 subcard of a port group is 25GE.

By default, the working mode of a port group is 25GE-10GE.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

port-mode card-id card-id group-id group-id modeType

undo port-mode card-id card-id group-id group-id modeType

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
card-id

CardID.

The value is an integer that ranges from 0 to 4294967295 .

group-id

Group ID.

The value is an integer that ranges from 0 to 4294967295 .

modeType

The type of the switching mode supported by the port.

The value is a string of 1 to 32 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.

Usage Scenario

To switch the bandwidth mode of an interface group on special subcards, run the port-mode group-id command.

An interface group supports the following modes:

25GE-10GE: Interfaces in a group support only the 25GE and 10GE working modes.

10GE-1GE: Interfaces in a group support only the 10GE and GE working modes.

25GE: Interfaces in a group support only the 25GE working modes.

10GE: Interfaces in a group support only the 10GE working modes.

# Configure port group 1 on card 3 to work in 10GE-1GE mode.

# Configure port group 1 on subcard 1 to work in 10GE-1GE mode.
