qos phb enable vxlan-mode(EVPL instance VXLAN mode view)

Function

The qos phb enable vxlan-mode command maps the internal priorities of packets back to DSCP values.

The undo qos phb enable vxlan-mode command cancels the mapping from the internal priorities of packets back to DSCP values.

By default, the VXLAN DSCP value of a packet is the same as its DSCP value.

Format

qos phb enable ds-name vxlan-mode

undo qos phb enable [ ds-name ] vxlan-mode

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

When packets enter a VXLAN tunnel, to maintain the same QoS priorities for packets transmitted on different networks, run the qos phb enable vxlan-mode command. After the qos phb enable vxlan-mode command is run, the system maps internal priorities of packets to VXLAN DSCP values based on a specific DS PHB table.

Prerequisites

The DS domain and VXLAN have been configured.

Example

# Configure VXLAN DSCP encapsulation based on mappings in the default domain in the EVPL view.
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] evpl instance 1 vxlan-mode
[*HUAWEI-evpl-vxlan1] qos phb enable default vxlan-mode
