qx server all-interface disable

Function

The qx server all-interface disable command sets the QX service only run on NeIP and DCN Access IP.

The undo qx server all-interface disable command restores the default configuration.

By default, the QX service run on all local IP addresses.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

If the QX service run on all interface, that is, the NMS can use the IP address of the local DCN vpn to connect to the device, which poses security risks. Generally, the NMS uses the NeIP to connect to the NE. The GNE uses the NeIP to connect to the NE. Therefore, the QX service can only run on NeIP. This reduces security risks. Config the qx server all-interface disable command is recommended.

Warning: The QX protocol will be run on all interface, which is not safe. Running the qx server all-interface disable command to run it only on NeIP and DCN access interfaces is recommended.
