radius-attribute include nas-port lns with-user-id

Function

The radius-attribute include nas-port lns with-user-id command enables an LNS or LTS to encapsulate user IDs into accounting packets to be sent to the RADIUS server.

The undo radius-attribute include nas-port lns with-user-id command restores the default configuration.

By default, an LNS or LTS does not encapsulate user IDs into accounting packets to be sent to the RADIUS server.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To enable an LNS or LTS to encapsulate a user ID into the NAS-Port attribute in an accounting packet to be sent to the RADIUS server, run the radius-attribute include nas-port lns with-user-id command.
