The radius-attribute service-type support-type reauthorize command enables reauthentication for users in a domain and disables password check for users when a CoA message is used to deliver a service-type attribute value of 17. After the command is run, an authentication request packet carries the service-type attribute with a value of 17.
The undo radius-attribute service-type support-type reauthorize command restores the default configuration.
By default, users in a domain are not reauthenticated when a CoA message is used to deliver a service-type attribute value of 17.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.
Usage Scenario
When a CoA message is used to deliver the Termination-Action(29) attribute, users in a domain are reauthenticated and password check is enabled for PPPoE users. To enable reauthentication for users in a domain and disable password check for users, run the radius-attribute service-type support-type reauthorize command.
Precautions
In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
