Function

The remote-fault software-control disable command is used to disable the function of sending remote fault by software when local fault occurs.

The undo remote-fault software-control disable command is used to enable the function of sending remote fault by software when local fault occurs.

By default, the function of sending Remote Fault packets by software is enabled.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

In the 200 ms polling period, if the local end detects the Local Fault, the local end sends an Remote Fault of the 200 ms period to the peer end regardless of whether the local end has an Local Fault. This command is used to disable the forcible Remote Fault sending function. The function is enabled by default.
