The smart-clock cable-delay command configures the feeder delay compensation value for the smart clock module of a GE optical interface.
The undo smart-clock cable-delay command restores the default configuration.
By default, the feeder delay compensation value of the Atom GNSS module on an interface is 0.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.
Usage Scenario
For the Atom GNSS module, every 1m feeder corresponds to 5 ns delay compensation value. To configure the feeder delay compensation value for the smart clock module of a GE optical interface, run the smart-clock cable-delay command.
Precautions
This command does not apply to the single-mode smart clock module.
