Function

The user-group-queue command creates a GQ and displays the user group view.

The undo user-group-queue command removes a use group view.

By default, The device supports up to 8191 GQs.

Format

user-group-queue group-name

undo user-group-queue group-name

undo user-group-queue group-name [ priority-mode ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
group-name

Specifies the name of a GQ.

The value is a string of 1 to 31 characters.

priority-mode

Indicates the priority mode. After priority-mode is specified, priority-based shaping is configured for a GQ.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To create a GQ, run the user-group-queue command. If priority-mode is not specified, GQ-based shaping is configured. If priority-mode is specified, GQ-based shaping and priority-specific shaping are configured.

Configuration Impact

If the GQ specified by the group-name does not exist, the system creates a new GQ.

If the GQ specified by the group-name exists, the system enters the view of the GQ and then you can modify parameters of the queue.

Precautions

The user group queue that has been used cannot be deleted.
