The user-qos cir-zero command sets the CIR of user traffic when the CIR and PIR delivered by the RADIUS server are both 0s.
By default, the CIR is subject to the device specification when the CIR and PIR delivered by the RADIUS server are both 0s.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

This command is used to set the CIR for user traffic when the CIR and PIR delivered by the RADIUS server are both 0s.
When you run the user-qos cir-zero command several times, the latest configuration overrides the previous configurations. NOTE: This command can be used only when the CIR and PIR delivered by the RADIUS server are both 0s.Precautions
