The user-queue-resource allocate-fail command configures a policy when user queue resources fail to be allocated.
The undo user-queue-resource allocate-fail command restores the default policy.
By default, users will not be logged out if user queue resources fail to be allocated.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Scenario
If online users cannot obtain required resources such as bandwidth, the user experience will be negatively affected, and it may affect other normal services. To log out users that cannot obtain resources on the network and to protect other normal services, you can run the user-queue-resource allocate-fail offline command.
Configuration Impact
The user-queue-resource allocate-fail offline command takes effect on all users on a device. After the user-queue-resource allocate-fail offline command is run, any user that fails to obtain user queue resources will be logged out.
Precautions
In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
