DRIVER/2/CARDOPTICALRXPOWERHIGH: [PortInfo] is failed, the optical module on card receive power is too high([Reason]).
1. Run the display interface command in the user view to check the current Rx power of the interface.
2. Check whether an alarm indicating that the transmit optical power is too high is generated at the opposite end.
3. If the peer alarm is cleared first, go to Step 9.
4. Check whether the peer optical module matches the local optical module.
5. Replace the optical module that matches the peer end. Then, go to 9.
6. Add an optical attenuator at the local end. It is recommended that the optical attenuator be increased by –5 dB.
7. Replace the optical module.
8. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information and contact technical support.
