Description

The transmit optical power of the optical module is too low.

Possible Causes

The transmit optical power of the optical module is too low.

Procedure

1. Run the display interface command in the user view to check whether the current Tx power of the interface is within the acceptable range.

  • If so, go to Step 3.
  • If not, go to Step 2.

2. Replace the optical module.

  • If the fault is rectified, go to Step 4.
  • If the fault persists, go to Step 3.

3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information and contact technical support.

4. End.
