A no-PAT address pool was configured in a NAT64 instance, and the IP address usage of the public address pool was set.
After users got online, a CGN device pre-allocated addresses in the address pool to the users.
The proportion of the number of pre-allocated IP addresses in the public address pool to the upper limit fell to 7/8 of the specified IP address usage.
